Shannon Elizabeth Fitness Shannon was born September 7, 1976, in Houston, Texas. Shannon is a model and a star actress. She is the only child of a Syrian/Lebanese father and a mother of Cherokee decent. At the young age of two, she began to learn ballet and tap dancing and loved to sing and show off in any way possible. When Shannon was in the third grade, her family moved to Waco, Texas, where many of her relatives lived. Her parents figured it would be safer to raise their family in a small town instead of the big city. Shannon describes Waco as really boring, but states, "I'm sure I did have more freedom living there". Everyone seemed to make the best of what the small town had to offer. Shannon joined the Waco City Choir to test her vocal talent and got her first taste of performing with that group of entertainers. She then discovered a new love and ambition, the game of Tennis. Soon, she became the number one player on her high school tennis team and competed in various state tournaments regularly. At one point, she toyed with the idea of going pro and making the sport of tennis her life career. Unfortunately, her high school tennis coach was not a good role model and one by one everyone left the team. ENTER HERE |
