Born on September 29, 1970, in Los Angeles, Wagner was six months old when her parents divorced. Her mother next married actor Robert Wagner, who later adopted Natasha. Wagner began appearing onscreen in the early '90s, taking supporting roles in such films as Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992) and S.F.W. (1994). In 1997, she earned recognition for her portrayal of one of Robert Downey Jr.'s girlfriends in James Toback's Two Girls and a Guy.
