Karina Lombard Sexy Born in Tahiti, Karina was 1 when she moved to Barcelona with her father. After attending a number of private boarding schools, she went into modeling and was cast in small roles in a number of plays. Her screen debut was 'The Island (1989) (TV)', but her big screen debut was in 'The Doors (1991)'. While Karina has been cast only a handful of films, most of them have been high profile such as the seductress in 'The Firm (1993)' and Brad Pitt's wife in 'Legends of the Fall (1994)'.
